Make a One-Time Payment
If you do not want to register and create an account, you can still pay your bill online. Use the log-in located on the left side of the online bill-pay screen titled “Make A One Time Payment“.

When you register and create an account, be sure to check the “Paperless” box to no longer receive your bill in the mail, but instead via e-mail. We care about the environment and we want to make it simple for you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my payment to process?
Payments will be processed within 24 hours. Payments made after midnight will be posted within 48 hours. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records. Your Payment will not process if your credit card declines or your checking account has insufficient funds.
I forgot my password. How do I change my password?

Where can I find my customer and account numbers?
The Paymentus Software System will ask for your 15-digit customer and account number combined to identify your sewer bill. Your customer and account numbers are located in the upper right hand corner of your bill. Enter both numbers (customer number first, account number last) together, with no spaces.
