Register and create an account for safe and easy billing.  Avoid the hassle of mailing or dropping off your payment.  Set up paperless billing, manage e-billing notifications, view past bills, and manage and apply payment to multiple accounts.

Make a One-Time Payment

If you do not want to register and create an account, you can still pay your bill online.  Use the log-in located on the left side of the online bill-pay screen titled “Make A One Time Payment“.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for my payment to process?

Payments will be processed within 24 hours.  Payments made after midnight will be posted within 48 hours.  For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.  Your Payment will not process if your credit card declines or your checking account has insufficient funds.

I forgot my password. How do I change my password?

Click the “Forgot your password” link next to the “Login” button and follow the steps to reset your password.  Chat LIVE with a Customer Relations Representative or call our office at (260)427-2696.

Where can I find my customer and account numbers?

The Paymentus Software System will ask for your 15-digit customer and account number combined to identify your sewer bill. Your customer and account numbers are located in the upper right hand corner of your bill.  Enter both numbers (customer number first, account number last) together, with no spaces.
